The first sixty days for Clear Pass processed over 20,000 passengers - making travel easier and more efficient for travelers at Denver International Airport.
An application is required to utilize the service. Applicants are pre-screened by the TSA and once accepted into the program a “Clear” card is issued giving exclusive access to Clear’s security gates nationwide. The Clear Card verifies a travelers identity using a fingerprint or iris image.
“We’re seeing great numbers of cardholders at the Denver Clear lanes — users here have been storming our doors ever since we opened them,” said Steven Brill, CEO and founder of Clear. “With our announcement of last weeks’ all time high of over 5,000 Clear applications received nationwide,
Denver is a big part of the frenzy. And, the number of cardholders passing through our Clear lanes is proving the value of our service for our members,” Brill added.
This service is perfect for frequent flyers and business people that want to streamline their airport
experience and skip long lines through security.
The Clear Pass is currently being used at 17 other airports including Albany, Cincinnati, Denver, Indianapolis, Jacksonville, LaGuardia (Central Terminal B Checkpoint), Little Rock, New York JFK (Terminals 1, 4 and 7), Newark (Terminal B2), Oakland, Orlando, Reno, San Francisco, San José,
Washington, DC’s Reagan and Dulles, and Westchester.
