Tales of a Cocktail culinary festival taking place in New Orleans, Louisiana July 18-22, 2007.
Guests of the festival can look forward to hearing presentations about Tequila, Party
Planning, the History of the Cocktail, Rare Cocktail Ingredients, The Martini, Drinks and Dishes born in New Orleans and Absinthe among others. Other events include author meet and greets, cocktail samplings, dinner pairings, walking history tours, a professional series, spirit awards, bar chef competition and contemporary cocktail parties — all presented by the country’s hottest mixologists, chefs, authors, bartenders and cocktail experts.
Tickets are required for the event and go on sale on March 19, 2007.
