Wine-lovers are a rare breed, who demand only the best. Well the JW Marriot Hotel in Miami has added some dishes to their menu that should appeal to even the most discerning afficionado. Their newly opened Trapiche Room offers dishes prepared with wine sauces or marinated in wine.

The Trapiche Room at the JW Marriott Hotel Miami, located in the heart of the city’s financial center, is destined to become the quintessential choice for diners who appreciate the finer qualities of wine, which executive chef Miguel de Arregui uses with consummate skill in preparing imaginative and singular dishes for the sophisticated palate.
Marriott International Chairman and CEO John Willard Marriott Jr., who personally sampled the menu last week, said, “The Trapiche Room will become a must-stop for all guests who enjoy high-quality dining in a warm, intimate atmosphere.”

You can imagine that both Miami wine-lovers and out of town visitors will put the Trapiche Room on their intinerary for their next visit in Miami. Of course, you will also be able to order any number of fine, internation wines with any of the meals.
