I remember visiting Colonial Williamsburg quite well as a child. I learned a lot about American history, and I remember being very impressed to actually visit a place that was such a part of my nation’s history. I doubt much has changed for people who travel there now.

If you’re thinking of travelling to Colonial Williamsburg, now might be the time because of great discounts which are available.
Colonial Williamsburg offers a cool room rate and benefits worth more than $300 when staying at the Governor’s Inn or Woodlands Hotel & Suites now through September 4, 2006. Rates range from $89 per room at the Governor’s Inn and $129 per room at the Woodlands, both official Colonial Williamsburg Hotels.
There’s even more included in the package:
- Free Colonial Williamsburg admission passes for children
- Daily continental breakfast at the hotel
- Free bicycle rental
- Free miniature golf (located at the Woodlands)
- Free golf for kids when accompanied by an adult playing a paid round at the Spotswood Course
These amenities can come in very handy. You can reserve your vacation now.
