Our Room in The Augustus Towers at Caesar’s Palace.
July 20, 2006 – 8:38 amIf you really want to feel like you’re a Roman God (or Goddess, as the case may be) you’ll definitely be pleased with a room in the Augustus Tower at Caesar’s Palace.
The Augustus tower is a relatively new addition to this hotel and casino. It was opened in August of 2005 and has 949 guest rooms and suites housed in 26 stories. A number of rooms offer stunning views of the Bellagio fountains that are located across the street.
Besides offering a noteworthy view of the entire Las Vegas Strip, the bed was extremely comfortable and had a number of oversized pillows. Since sleep isn’t something most people want to do when they’re in Vegas, having a nice bed makes the most of the time you spend there. The room had 2 Sony flat screen televisions. The main TV gives access to information like your total room charges, pay-per-view movies, and other entertainment.

You’ll also be pleased with the rooms many other amenities.
The bathroom is very spacious and has a flat panel television mounted on the wall so you can enjoy entertainment while relaxing in the double jacuzzi. The lights are controlled with dimmers so you can turn the lights as bright as you like. The walk-in shower is big and the bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap, body gel, and hand lotion) made by Judith Jackson Spa smell wonderful. There’s a giant full length mirror to check that you’re looking your best.
What’s not included? Internet Access. You can plug into their network for around $13.00 for 24 hours of access.
Overall I would have to say that this is one of the nicest rooms I’ve had a chance to stay at and it comes highly recommended by me.
