US Airways to Stop Serving Peanuts on Flights
June 5, 2006 – 6:22 amUS Airways recently announced that they are going to stop serving peanuts on all of their flights.
Concerns about possible allergic reactions that passengers might have on flights have prompted them to make this change.
This measure doesn’t mean that you’ll miss out on airplane snacks, the peanuts will be replaced with pretzels or a mixed nut blend sans peanuts.
Passengers are still welcome to bring their own snacks on, including peanuts. US Airways just won’t be serving them.
