I didn’t even realize that Hooter’s offered airline service to anywhere.
Apparently, I wasn’t alone in this thought. All flights other than private charters out of Winston-Salem, NC have been cancelled.
Hooter’s had very limited destinations and tried to use the outmoded underclad women as one of their selling points. Obviously this just wasn’t enough to keep the airline going. Rising fuel costs and the highly competitive airline industry did “Darwinism” on them.
Sad to say, but I doubt they’ll be missed.
