Whether you travel for business or pleasure, don’t forget how important it is to exercise!
Just because your enjoying some “time off” doesn’t mean that your diet and exercise program has to suffer.
How can you be sure that you can fit in exercise? By doing a little research. Before booking a reservation at a hotel, ask to see if they have a fitness room available, if you enjoy sports look for amenities such as tennis courts, indoor and/or outdoor swimming pools, beaches or golf courses.
Laid up at an airport? Some are now offering fitness rooms or access to them at nearby hotels.
This could help break up stress and revitalize your spirit and your muscles prior to a long flight.
